Check out this great article about the Kona AfricaBike program in the Roanoke Times in Virginia that documents Christine George's huge fundraiser that took place last year. Christine and friends at Virginia Tech raised $10,600 for the program and helped build more than 200 bikes in Mozambique last fall.

For 2009, we have added a fresh, easy way to donate to the program for everyone who's looking to make a tax-deductible contribution.
